Physiotherapist Jobs in Bangalore
Full-time, part-time and freelance home-visit roles across 24 areas of the city. BPT minimum, MPT preferred — and if your area isn't on the list, tell us where you are.
Why physiotherapists join us
We started in 2021 with a simple idea — when travelling to a clinic is hard, the physiotherapy should come to the patient. That only works with physiotherapists who can run a session properly in someone's living room.
Work in your own area
Patients are assigned close to where you live, so you spend your day treating rather than commuting.
300+ physiotherapists
Join a clinical network across Bangalore and Pune, with senior physiotherapists to consult on hard cases.
Schedules that flex
Full-time, part-time or per-visit freelance — pick the shape that fits your life, not the other way around.
A real case mix
Sports, post-operative, orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric and paediatric rehab — not the same complaint every day.
Three ways to work with us
Every area below is open for all three. Tell us which suits you in the application form.
Full-time
A fixed patient load in one area, with a predictable weekly schedule and the team behind you.
- Assigned to a home area so travel stays short
- Consistent caseload across ortho, neuro and geriatric rehab
- Clinical support from senior physiotherapists
Part-time
Fixed slots that fit around clinic hours, academics or family — mornings or evenings, you choose.
- Choose your available days and time bands
- Ideal alongside a clinic job or MPT studies
- Same clinical support and protocols as full-time
Freelance / Visiting
Take cases as they come, in the areas you already travel through. Paid per visit.
- Accept or decline each case
- Work the areas closest to you
- No exclusivity — keep your own practice running
What you'll do
- Assess patients at home and build an individualised treatment plan
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy — manual therapy, exercise prescription, mobilisation and modalities as indicated
- Track progress across sessions and adjust the programme as the patient improves
- Teach patients and their families the home exercise programme so gains hold between visits
- Coordinate with referring doctors and the clinical team where a case needs escalation
- Keep clear, timely session notes for every patient
What we need from you
- BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) minimum — MPT preferred
- 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience
- Own two-wheeler and a smartphone — home visits mean travelling within your area
- Comfortable working independently in a patient's home, without a clinic setup around you
- Professional, punctual and able to communicate a treatment plan in plain language
What we offer
- Patients brought to you — no cold outreach, no marketing spend of your own
- Work in your own area, so travel time stays low
- Clinical mentoring from senior physiotherapists and structured treatment protocols
- Exposure across sports, post-operative, orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric and paediatric rehab
- Flexible schedules — full-time, part-time or per-visit freelance
- A team of 300+ physiotherapists across Bangalore and Pune to learn from
Compensation is discussed openly at the interview stage and depends on your qualification, experience and whether you join full-time, part-time or per visit.

Questions candidates ask
What qualification do I need to apply?+
A BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) is the minimum. An MPT is preferred, particularly for neurological, sports and paediatric cases. We also look for 1–2 years of hands-on clinical experience.
Do I need my own vehicle?+
Yes. All our work is home visits within an assigned area, so you need your own two-wheeler and a smartphone. We assign patients close to where you are based so travel time stays low.
Can I work part-time or freelance alongside my clinic job?+
Yes. Many of our physiotherapists work part-time in fixed morning or evening slots, or take cases per visit on a freelance basis. There is no exclusivity clause — you can keep your own practice or clinic role running.
What does the pay look like?+
Compensation depends on your qualification, experience and the engagement type — full-time, part-time or per visit. We discuss it openly at the interview stage, and the figures are agreed before you take your first patient.
My area isn't listed. Can I still apply?+
Yes. Choose 'Other area in Bangalore' in the application form and tell us where you are based. We are expanding across the city and open new areas as soon as we have both patient demand and a physiotherapist to cover it.
How soon will I hear back?+
Our clinical team reviews every CV. If your profile fits an area we are currently hiring for, we usually call within a few working days for a short conversation, followed by a clinical discussion.
